Blocking Every IE Version In Wordpress
Setting up a new wordpress site for a client, I’ve stumbled across a problem of IE becoming increasingly frustrating. After talking with them, they have agreed that to save money and time we can just block every type of IE that’s out there (even IE 8). I found a quick and simple plugin that almost does the full job at http://www.incerteza.org/blog/projetos/shockingly-big-ie6-warning/ which blocks all IE 6 and older browsers. All you have to do to change it to block all IE versions is change the ‘ie6w_center.js’ file located in the plugins ‘js’ folder to the one attached to this one.

doesn’t work, and when i compare your .js with the one in the plugin it’s the exact same file. perfect match.
Have you set the wordpress settings page up correctly. I’ve fixed IE issues and don’t use it know but I seem to remember making sure everything was switched on and make sure you block IE in the settings page.
